A home break in can be a scary thing for any family. You honestly never know when they're going to attack. Coming from a large town myself, I honestly envy all "small town folk" who don't even think twice about locking their car doors or those of their homes. There's always something in the news about a cat burglar, gun-point home invasion or any other dreadfully scary topic. You might be reading this home security article thinking it to be a joke, but in all honesty, looking "poor and dirty" is an amazing tactic (it's not only a free home security tactic but it'll probably save you money in the long run if you're not going out and buying the most expensive items that a thief would consider stealing)

Think about that for a second... if you simply purchased less material products your home and your person would become much safer (and therefore happier!) places to live.
